Shipping Information:
In-stock bubble wands will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you choose a shipping option which includes a delivery confirmation (available for deliveries within the United States only), the delivery confirmation number will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of shipping. Orders to Canada and anywhere else in the world will ship via First Class and do not include Delivery Confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not happy with your bubble wands for I will accept returns and offer a full refund (minus shipping). The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns MUST be in the state in which it was received in.
I make sure that every bubble wand is crafted with care and is packaged appropriately for mailing. If your wand arrives damaged please contact me immediately. I will repair or exchange broken wands free of charge as long as I am notified within 30 days of your receipt of the damaged wand.
Because each of my wands is a unique creation I cannot guarantee that the wand you receive will look exactly like the wand in the photo on my website. Wands may not be exchanged based on the color or type of gemstones used in the design. If you desire a particular type or color of gemstone please e-mail me about a custom order.
